Last Will & Testament of Chas Coulter Broom Quarter near Portaferry, Farmer

I Charles Coulter residing as above being of sound mind and memory hereby make and devise this to be my last Will & Testament revoking as I do all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and now declare this to be my last Will.  I will and direct that after all my just debts, funeral expenses are paid the property which I now hold at Broom Quarter be sold by Dublin Auction by Messrs J D Irving [?] & Sons Auctioneers Portaferry as soon as possible after my decease and the proceeds thereof after my aforesaid debts are paid shall go to my sister Margaret Coulter and I will and direct out of said net proceeds of sale my executors shall retain in their hands enough money to erect a respectable headstone over the grave of my wife and I. And I appoint my brother John Coulter and Hugh McMullan Dunavely my executors in carrying out faithfully all the provisions herein contained in this my last will and testament as witnesseth my hand this 23rd day of June in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and six (1906)
